We connect the temperature controller you already own to the cloud: see your walk-in coolers and freezers from your phone, get instant alarms and keep the full history. Without replacing your equipment.
From your electrical panel to your phone in three steps. Your technician installs it in under an hour per unit, without interrupting operations.
A Goldcas module is wired to your temperature controller with two leads. The controller stays in charge: nothing changes in how your equipment cools.
Temperatures, defrost cycles, doors and alarms travel over your business's WiFi. If the internet drops, the module stores the data and sends it when the connection returns.
From your phone or computer: live temperature, history, and alarms by push notification and email whenever something goes out of range.
Every plan includes everything. No stripped-down features, no surprises.
Push notification and email when the temperature leaves the range you define, when a door is left open or when a unit stops reporting.
Every reading is stored. Charts by day, week or month for audits, quality claims or consumption analysis.
Check the controller's parameters and even adjust the setpoint without going on site, with confirmation that the change was applied.
All your stores and plants on a single screen, with access for the people you authorize.
Local memory in every module: if the internet goes down or the power flickers, the data comes back complete once it reconnects.
A daily analysis of your entire refrigeration fleet, most critical first, straight to your inbox.
We work with the most common temperature controllers in commercial refrigeration. Look for the brand and model on the face of your controller:
The industry standard for walk-in coolers and freezers. Three sensors, defrost and fan control.
✓ CompatibleVery common in reach-in and walk-in coolers (above-freezing refrigeration). One sensor, compressor control.
✓ CompatibleControl panel with data logging, used in walk-ins with amperage monitoring.
✓ CompatibleIs your controller a different one but has an RS-485/Modbus port? Write to us at soporte@goldcas.net — chances are we can integrate it.
Price per monitored unit. Every plan includes the full platform, the app, the alarms and the history.
How to start: get your plan here and you'll receive an activation code by email. The plan starts counting the day you connect the device, not the day you pay.
In Colombia the connection module is included: we ship it programmed, no installation needed. In other countries it works with a Waveshare ESP32-S3-RS485-CAN that you buy directly on AliExpress: it is a purchase from a third party, we only suggest the model and are not responsible for shipping, warranty or returns. Choose the version with an external antenna if the module goes inside a metal enclosure or far from the router. Secure payments by domestic or international card (and PSE bank transfer in Colombia) through ePayco. In Colombia, the equivalent in pesos is charged at the day's official exchange rate. Your activation code arrives by email as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Refrigeration monitoring was only the beginning. These are the other operations we already look after with the same platform and the same team of engineers.
Ultra-low freezers at −80 °C, reagent refrigerators and vaccine storage under continuous watch. We use long-life wireless sensors (LoRaWAN) that reach where WiFi cannot, with critical alarms to your phone and the historical record audits require.
For restaurant chains with Broaster Company fryers: a sensor on each machine detects the real filtration cycles, alerts when a fryer has gone too long without filtering, and a daily AI-generated report summarizes the whole fleet. Oil that lasts longer, better product quality and no more "I forgot to filter".
We build AI assistants that step into real operations. The most recent: an engine that reads the WhatsApp orders of a delivery restaurant —with a menu that rotates daily, customizations and pre-booked orders— and builds the tickets and the kitchen list on its own. We can automate the manual processes that eat up most of your time.
When the alarm is real, a notification is not enough. The VIGÍA dials the phone, explains out loud what is happening and, if nobody answers, calls the next person in the chain — until someone confirms on the call that the alarm was received.
Beyond monitoring, we repair the electronics that keep your kitchen and your cold chain running.
When a board is no longer worth repairing, we have the answer: a replacement board designed and manufactured by Goldcas, compatible with the Broaster fryer. Running since 2024 in 15 units across Santander and Bogotá.
Check availabilityYou buy the compatible module online, plug it into your computer by USB and program it from the browser, with nothing to install. You activate it with your code and your equipment goes online in minutes, wherever you are.
The answers to what we get asked most during installation.
90% of the time it is the wiring: terminal A on the module goes to A on the controller and B to B — never crossed. Also check that the screws are tight and that the controller has the Modbus protocol enabled (on the MT-512E the [Prot] parameter must be switched to Modbus by hand).
Where the module sits inside the panel matters: install it as far as possible from contactors and power components, with the antenna vertical and, if you can, outside the metal enclosure. A closed enclosure can cost you more than half the signal.
Hold the button on the module for 7 to 8 seconds. The FG-XXXX setup network opens again: connect from your phone and load the new network. The unit keeps its identity and all of its history.
Nothing is lost. The module stores the readings in its internal memory —several days of data— and sends them complete, with their exact timestamps, once the connection returns.
Goldcas S.A.S. is an engineering company from Bucaramanga, Colombia. We started out maintaining the kitchen and refrigeration equipment of real food chains, and out of that experience we built our monitoring platform: we know what a walk-in going down on a Saturday night costs.
Real data, no sign-up. The controls are all there, but they do not affect any equipment.
